Lindsay Lohan will miss her court date today, as she remains stranded in Cannes. Not only has the volcanic ash been a problem for all flights out of Europe, but Lohan also claims that her passport was stolen, making it impossible for her to fly, as well. It is expected that Judge Marsha Revel will issue a bench warrant for Lohan's inability to appear in court to explain why she has not fulfilled the terms of her probation.
Lohan has managed to take just 10 alcohol education classes, out of the 13 required, and blames the shortfall on the instructor, who she says sent uncomfortable text messages asking to hang out. The remaining classes were to be completed by today, but that is unlikely to happen.
The Los Angeles district attorney's office believes that Lohan has violated the terms of her probation and that jail time is appropriate. While a bench warrant is sure to be issued today, according to TMZ, it is unlikely that the judge will order police to arrest Lohan on the spot. Instead, the judge will likely allow Lohan to turn herself in next week, if she manages to get back to the U.S. any time soon.

Walmart has pulled Cyrus' jewelry line from its shelves after tests done by a laboratory discovered high levels of cadmium, a heavy metal which if ingested can cause serious medical problems. Cyrus' jewelry line is geared at adults, but Walmart concedes that children may seek it out and took action. "Miley Cyrus & Max Azria jewelry is not intended for children, but as part of our unwavering commitment to protecting the safety of children, we are removing all of the jewelry from sale while we investigate its compliance with our children's jewelry standard," a Walmart rep said.
