Sources familiar with Lindsay Lohan's treatment at UCLA have told TMZ that Lohan's psychiatric status was misdiagnosed and her doctors believe she does not need that 90 days of inpatient rehab care ordered by the judge who sentenced her. The web site reports that Lohan has been "weaned off" all the prescription drugs she was taking -- Dilaudid, Ambien, Adderall, Zoloft, Trazodone and Nexium -- without any adverse reactions, and she did not have problems when she stopped drinking alcohol. The doctors say that although she was diagnosed years ago with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, the doctors believe that was a misdiagnosis. And doctors say that the use of Adderall by somebody who doesn't suffer from ADHD can cause a host of problems, from sleeplessness to manic behavior and impulsivity. The rehab facility originally chosen for Lohan, Morningside Recovery, also determined that she was bipolar, but her current doctors say she suffers from a personality
disorder, which could be partly caused by difficulties when growing up in Hollywood.
Lohan's treatment and diagnosis will be discussed nest week when Superior Court Judge Elden Fox considers whether to modify her sentence. Prosecutor Dannette Meyers says she'll be OK with whatever Lohan's doctors recommend. "I am going to stick with whatever the medical professionals think for her, because they are the experts," Meyers told E!News Thursday. She said she would not oppose Lohan's release from rehab months early.
Lohan also cleared up a legal problem with a boutique in L.A., which filed suit against her for failing to pay $16,880.63 she spent on clothing, shoes, jewelry and other accessories. The boutique, named Church, went to court after the bill went unpaid from November 2009 to February 2010. TMZ reports that Lohan not only paid the bill in full, she added a little extra for the company's trouble, and Church has agreed to drop its suit.

the early stages."
After the rented house in Bel Air where Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are staying in Los Angeles was publicized online, sources say fans have been found around the property. EOnline says neither Pattinson nor Stewart were in the house "while fans were literally lurking around in the bushes. No joke, we're told the gate leading to the house is usually left wide open, leaving the home totally exposed to paps and curious Twi-hards." Stewart reportedly helped pick out thegated five-bedroom, five-bath home.
