Piers morgan CNN has named "America's Got Talent" judge Piers Morgan to replace Larry King. Morgan has been rumored for months to be King's replacement, even though King himself has said he'd like to see Ryan Seacrest take his chair. CNN President Jon Klein told the Associated Press that Morgan, who has been editor of the British tablods The News of the World and the Daily Mirror,  will "look at all aspects of the news with style and humor with an occasional good laugh in the process." Morgan will be headquartered in New York but will also work in Los Angeles and London. Some of his shows will be live and some will be taped, particularly when "America's Got Talent" is on the air in the summer. Morgan described his interview style as "a mixture of probing journalistic rigor with a twinkle in the eye and a little bit of mischief, not afraid to have fun where it's appropriate."

The former bodyguard who alleged that Britney Spears made unwanted sexual advances toward him and beat one of her boys with his belt has filed suit against her in Los Angeles. Fernando Flores says Spears repeatedly exposed herself to him in her home, once calling him to her room while she was naked. The suit claims, "After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up." The suit also alleges, "In addition to exposing herself to [Flores], Spears engaged in numerous sex acts in front of [Flores]."  There's also an allegation Britney was "loudly having sexual relations" in a hotel suite where her kids were present.  The suit does not say if the kids saw anything. Flores also says Spears once demanded Flores' belt, then used it to "savagely hit the small child [Preston]" with it. He also claims that Spears fed her sons crabmeat although they were allergic to fish, making them violently ill. TMZ has been told that Flores shared his allegation with the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services, which reportedly investigated and found the complaint had no merit.

The woman who worked as a nanny for Anna Nicole Smith's infant daughter before her mother died in 2007 says Smith's manager, Howard K. Stern, and two doctors gave Smith "medicine" that impaired her ability to walk or talk and made her act "drunk." Quethlie Alexie said she saw Stern and psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich bring Smith into a bathroom with Stern saying, "Baby, come and we'll take our medicine." Smith emerged from the bathroom "like, drunk," Alexie testified through a Creole interpreter. "She was unable to walk, falling, and was unable to handle her talking. She would laugh." Alexie said Smith would also nod off in the middle of speaking. Stern, Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor are on trial for giving Smith many of prescription drugs found in her body after her death in February 2007 at age 39.

Katie Holmes says she and Tom Cruise may add a second child to the family, but not right away. "Maybe in a couple of years, but right now I want to make sure I'm really there for Suri," Holmes, 31, told Marie Claire in an interview published in its October issue. "I'm the youngest in my family – my closest sister is five years older than me, and the next one is nine years ahead of me, so I was a bit of an only child, and I liked it!" she adds. "I liked having all of my mom's attention, and sometimes I think I still do." Holmes says being married to Cruise is "really exciting. ... Tom's as big at home as he is on the movie screen. He's so passionate about everything, whatever he's doing. When he's being a dad, he's right there; he's giving it his all. It's inspiring and it's fun. It's an amazing life, but we always remind ourselves of how incredibly lucky we are." Her new movie, "The Romantics," opens Friday.

Speaking of Suri, Holmes said during an appearance on "Live with Regis and Kelly" that she takes the 4-year-old fashionista's advice on what she should wear. "Suri's very helpful," Holmes said. "I go to her and I say, 'What shoes?' and she picks them out. Many times I'll be getting ready for an event or something and I'll say, 'Suri, what do you think?' And she's like, 'Definitely those!' And she won't let me leave unless I'm wearing what she wants me to wear." But Holmes also says that although the family often travels for work, she makes sure Suri does her chores. She says: "We travel a lot, and so for me, it's keeping a daily schedule for Suri that never changes. We wake up, and we do the same thing. She does her chores. She has to make her bed, she has to take her dishes to the sink, she has to put her clothes in the laundry -- you know, that basic stuff."
