11 PM on BRAVO
Watch What Happens: Live
Soap opera star Susan Lucci is Andy Cohen's guest in this new episode, and you can probably guess what they're going to talk about: last month's announcement that her show, "All My Children," was being canceled, along with another long-running ABC serial, "One Life to Live."

FRIDAY
7:15 PM on CINEMAX
Movie: The Ring
One of the top box-office hits of 2002, this involving thriller about a lethal videotape benefits from a solid performance by Naomi Watts ("Le Divorce") as a reporter whose niece becomes a victim of the recording. Anyone who watches it dies a week later. The journalist has added incentive to solve the mystery after she and her young son (David Dorfman) view it. Martin Henderson and Brian Cox co-star.

9 PM on SHOWTIME
Movie: Hugh Hefner: Playboy, Activist and Rebel
For those who know Hugh Hefner only by the first label in this title, this 2009 documentary portrays him not merely as a magazine publisher and lifestyle guru but as a crusader for free expression, who put mixed-race couples and blacklisted entertainers on television at a time when nobody else would go there. Commentators include Bill Maher, Dick Gregory, Joan Baez and -- on the anti-Hef side -- feminist author Susan Brownmiller and singer Pat Boone.

10 PM on Channel 4
Blue Bloods
A drug bust points the finger at some dirty cops in the season finale. Sounds like a job for the boys in Internal Affairs, but Frank (Tom Selleck) decides against involving them in hopes that this case will lead to the exposure of the Blue Templar, the mysterious secret society that's been a thorn in the family's side. Donnie Wahlberg, Will Estes and Bridget Moynahan also star in "The Blue Templar." (14)

10 PM on DISCOVERY

Rocker-turned-animal expert Ronnie and his brother Stephen head the crew. They're collecting alligator eggs and dealing with a wild hog invasion in the delightfully titled series premiere, "Partners in Slime."

SATURDAY
2 PM on ESPN
NASCAR Racing
Ordinarily, when you lead a race for all but 14 of 205 laps, you should be the story. But Kyle Busch found himself relegated to footnote after winning last season's spring Nationwide race at Delaware's Dover International Speedway in dominant fashion. What had everyone talking was a pair of late race dust-ups between Denny Hamlin and Clint Bowyer that resulted in a nine-car accident and an 11-minute, 43-second red flag, and Bowyer being sent to the garage.

9 PM on STARZ
Movie: Easy A
Emma Stone has appeared in such movies as "Superbad" and "Zombieland," but she really comes into her own in this enjoyable, Will Gluck-directed 2010 comedy about a high-school student who gets a shocking new reputation. 9 and 11 PM on HALLMARK

Dumped by his fiancee, a businessman (Rob Estes) on a work trip to Maine acquires a run-down but charming cottage with an equally charming occupant: the spirit of the woman (Sarah Manninen) who lived there 50 years ago.
