Tom Borrelli Memorial Golf Tournament is July 20

Here's a link to my Prep Talk column announcing the Tom Borrelli Memorial Award, which will go to the top boys lacrosse player in Western New York.

A major fund raiser for the a scholarship fund we are building will be the Tom Borrelli Memorial Award Golf Tournament on July 20 at Holland Hills. It is a 10 a.m. shotgun scramble. The cost is $75 per golfer.

Price includes golf, cart, chicken-and-ribs dinner, one-hour open bar and, as our flyer advertises, "the chance to hear Jerry Sullivan lie about how well he played." There will be prizes, auctions, raffles and drawings. There is limited space for dinner-only guests at a cost of $20.

To register, mail a check payable to the Tom Borrelli Memorial Award and Scholarship Fund, along with the names of golfers, dinner guests and a phone number to: Tom Borrelli Memorial Award, P.O. Box 115, Boston, NY 14025.
