Saturday Afternoon Live: Week Five

After a Friday night full of fantastic games, Saturday is almost a day of rest for Western New York football.

There might only be 13 football games today, but one of them is the most important game of the year for thousands of students, staff and alumni in Western New York. It's St. Joe's at Canisius at 2 p.m. at the Crusaders' Stransky Complex at 2885 Clinton St., West Seneca.

The St. Joe's at Canisius game can be heard here (broadcast by St. Joe's).

Check out a parking bulletin by Canisius concerning today's game.

I'll be doing a live blog from the St. Joe's-Canisius game.

We'll also have our eye on the Class C battle of undefeateds as Southwestern takes on Cassadaga Valley.

* This is my story on Canisius' win over St. Joe's, which includes video interviews. The blog link is above -- I've added some highlight videos to that post.

* Our roundup gets kicked off with Southwestern keeping its win streak going.

* The High School Extra includes reports from boys volleyball, the immense gathering at the McQuaid cross country meet as well as a nice win by East Aurora over St. Joe's in boys soccer.
