It has almost been a year since we lost our dear friend, colleague and sports fan Tom Borrelli.
We are conducting the Tom Borrelli 12 Days of Christmas Raffle as a fundraiser for the Tom Borrelli Memorial Award and Scholarship Fund (there is some information here regarding this summer's golf tournament).
Tickets are only $5 and they enter you in raffles which occur in the days leading up to Christmas: From Dec. 13-21 (nine days) there will be a drawing for $100; on Dec. 22 and 23 the drawings will be for $200; on Dec. 24 the prize is $500.
Each ticket has a three-digit number and the drawings are based on the state lottery’s three-digit evening draw.
We appreciate all the generosity that high school sports fans have shown throughout our efforts to remember and honor Tom.
