Here's Tyler Funk's buzzer-beater for Clarence to force overtime. OP's Troy Nowak missed the first free throw, then made the second to make it a three-point game, leaving Clarence with 10.5 seconds left:

Here's the end of the Red Devils' 67-61 win for a very happy Clarence basketball crowd. At the start of the video, Clarence has a four-point lead with less than 20 seconds left.
