I'm not sure how long this has been around -- and if it has been around, then my bad for not finding it sooner.

It's esgbuffalo.com, a site set up by local organizers -- and hosted by title sponsor First Niagara -- for this summer's Empire State Games (July 21-25).

There are links for those interested in participating, volunteering and buying tickets.

Volunteers are hugely important in the day-to-day operation of the Games and I'd encourage anyone who is a fan of a particular sport or just the Games in general to be a part of it.

I'd imagine that more information will be added to the site as we get closer to the Games.
