Winter finally got its game face on today with some serious snowfall, and it has canceled plenty of school activities.
Cancelations that have been emailed to me include: all afterschool sports at Niagara-Wheatfield and St. Mary's, both of which were to host boys hoops games tonight.
The St. Mary's-Niagara Catholic games have been rescheduled to: Jan. 22 (at Niagara Catholic, 5:30 p.m.) and Feb. 7 (at St. Mary's, 7:30 p.m.).
Rescheduled for Niagara-Wheatfield: Girls -- Lew-Port at N-W, Fri. 6:30; Boys -- N-W at Lew-Port, Jan. 24, 6:30 p.m.
Also postponed: Lancaster at Jamestown (will now be played on Jan. 25) and CSAT at Medina.
