Live from the Class B state semifinal: III-Bishop Ludden tops Olean, 60-44

Welcome to the NYSPHSAA final four at the Glens Falls Civic Center, one of the very best events of the entire high school sports year.

It's time for Olean's meeting with Section III (Syracuse area) champion Bishop Ludden in the Class B state semifinals. Here's today's preview of both games for Section VI teams, as well as scouting reports.

OTC Middle College beat Cooperstown, 58-57, in overtime in this afternoon's Class C semifinal and will play for the state title at 7:15 p.m. Saturday.

I'll have play-by-play updates in the live blogs below. Tweets to the hashtag #preptalkscores will also automatically show up in the live blog, so if you want to offer commentary via Twitter, be sure to include that hashtag. I'll also have quarterly tweets updating the game at @KeithMcSheaBN.

Check out today's entire playoff schedule on our scoreboard page, where you can check back for updated box scores.

See you out at the games, in the live blog and on the tweeter. :-)
