Week Eight Saturday kicks off with Lockport's thrilling OT win (with video), Prep Talk Live & your #preptalkscores

By the end of today, all the final fours will be set for the Section VI football playoffs.

Check out the semifinal picture here, which will be updated later today.

I will have live play-by-play updates from the Class AA semifinal of Clarence at Lockport. Lauren Mariacher will be at St. Mary's at St. Joe's while our staff of video/photographers will be at Section VI playoff games. There are five total Section VI playoff games today, starting with the 1:30 Class C kickoff of Cassadaga Valley at JFK; there are only eight total football games being played today.

We encourage you to tweet updates with the hashtag #preptalkscores attached -- that's the quickest way for us to share the information through the live chat (tweets with that hashtag will automatically show up). You can also certainly still tweet those updates to @bufnewspreptalk and @KeithMcSheaBN.

For a list of tonight's games, check out our high school scoreboard page. Also check out the standings link on the right side; we have some bugs to work out but we're excited about that (see football here).

Here's the final play of Lockport's crazy 42-35 overtime victory (the reaction of the Lockport radio, TV and press box people is priceless):

On Sunday night at 8:30 p.m., Lauren Mariacher and I will bring you another episode of PrepTalkTV Sunday, our live wrapup show here at buffalonews.com. It will be packed with highlights, interviews, analysis and in-studio guests. PrepTalkTV Sunday follows the 7:30 p.m. broadcast of our Bills wrapup show, [BN]TheHuddle; Lauren and I will be part of that as well.
