All-Western New York teams for 2012 fall season

The All-Western New York teams from the 2012 fall season have been published. Here's a rundown: 

BOYS SOCCER: Williamsville East's Brandon Schick, who scored a school-record 84 goals for the Flames, is Western New York's Player of the Year and he leads off the season wrapup story. Discover the entire first team as well as the boys soccer honor roll, which includes all of the all-league teams.

GIRLS SOCCER: All-American Carissima Cutrona of Williamsville South leads off the season wrapup story, then there are separate pages on the All-WNY first team and the entire girls soccer honor roll

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL: Wrapup story which is led with Eden junior Lainy Pierce committing to Penn State, the All-WNY first team photo & chart, and the girls volleyball honor roll

FIELD HOCKEY: Season wrapup story focuses on the success of several juniors, there is the All-WNY first team chart & photo and the full list of all-league teams in the field hockey honor roll.

CROSS COUNTRY: All-WNY teams selected by the coaches as well as all-league teams and the final team polls

The FOOTBALL All-Western New York team, which is selected by The News with Dick Gallagher, was published Dec. 8. The first team was announced on the evening of Dec. 7 in a historic episode of PrepTalkTV.
