Canisius senior standout running back Qadree Ollison will announce his college decision on Monday, Sept. 9 in a ceremony at the Delaware Ave. school.
Ollison, who was the Buffalo News co-Player of the Year (with teammate lineman Ryan Hunter), will decide from among his five finalists -- Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse and Wisconsin -- at 3:15 p.m. in Canisius' auditorium. Ollison was offered scholarships by 15 Division I (Football Bowl Subdivision) programs.
Originally, Ollison planned to make the announcement prior to Canisius' season opener at Rochester's McQuaid on Friday, Sept. 6. Now, the announcement will come one day after Ollison's 17th birthday.
This weekend, Ollison is going on an official visit to Pittsburgh, which will include watching Pitt play Florida State Monday night at 8 at Heinz Field, home of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
