Inactives: T.J. Graham healthy scratch, Stevie a go

By Tim Graham

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The Buffalo Bills and New York Jets have announced their inactives for today's game at the Meadowlands.

The biggest surprise is third-round draft choice T.J. Graham, the speedy receiver Buffalo traded up to acquire. Graham was not listed on the injury report all week.

Receiver Ruvell Martin, who didn't make the 53-man roster and was re-signed this week, is active. Martin is a bigger special-teams contributor.

Healthy enough to go are Bills receiver Stevie Johnson (groin), quarterback/receiver Brad Smith (groin) and right guard Kraig Urbik (back). All missed one practice this week.
