The injury reports are out for Sunday's game between the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets, and nose tackle Sione Pouha looks like the most prominent Jets player in jeopardy of missing the game.
Pouha has not practiced since the first week of training camp due to a sore lower back, a problem for a 325-pounder. He was listed as limited Wednesday. Pouha was rated as the 14th best player in the AFC East by Tim Graham on the Press Coverage blog in July.
The Jets' dangerous tight end, Dustin Keller, did not practice due to a sore hamstring. However, Jets coach Rex Ryan has said this week he expects Keller to play versus the Bills, even if Keller doesn't practice much. Jets backup safety Eric Smith didn't practice due to a sore hip. He's questionable.
Another 11 Jets were listed as limited or full practicers on the injury report, but all are expected to play.
For the Bills, guard Kraig Urbik did not practice due to a sore lower back, but he said after practice he will work on Thursday and expects to be fine for the game. Brad Smith (groin) and Stevie Johnson (groin) were listed as limited. Johnson said he is fine and is ready for Sunday.
