Buffalo Bills running back C.J. Spiller's monstrous start has forced the programmers at EA Sports to upgrade his ratings on the "Madden NFL 13" video game.
TrendingBuffalo.com tipped me off to the cool development for Bills fans who enjoy playing "Madden."
The NFL's leading rusher originally had an 80 overall rating. That now has been increased to an 86, tying Spiller with center Eric Wood and defensive tackle Marcell Dareus for ninth-best on the team.
Buffalo's other running back, Fred Jackson, still has Spiller outranked with an 89 overall score.
Spiller's elusiveness, formerly a 91, now is a 98. He ranks fourth in the NFL in that category behind Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy, Eagles receiver DeSean Jackson and Chicago Bears return man Devin Hester.
