Running back Fred Jackson and defensive tackle Marcell Dareus were the only players not taking part in practice this afternoon on the grass field.
Dareus has left the team to be with his family after his brother was killed over the weekend in Alabama.
Jackson was at practice, working with a team trainer. He reiterated that he hopes to be back within a month from his sprained LCL.
"We're going to go re-evaluate in seven to 10 days," Jackson said. "We got a good picture of it. We know what we need to do to get me back. It's about getting the knee healthy and strong again so I can get out there and play with it."
Worth noting is that Stevie Johnson was on the practice field. He was limited last week because of a sore groin. Whether Johnson can make it through the next two days of practice will be something to monitor.
