For the fourth straight week, the Buffalo Bills' initial injury report was a lot shorter than their upcoming opponent's.
Three Bills did not practice today: running back C.J. Spiller (shoulder), receiver Ruvell Martin (ankle) and cornerback Leodis McKelvin (groin).
Running back Fred Jackson was limited at practice and spoke about how his sprained right knee still had to improve before he could play.
The New England Patriots listed 11 players on their report -- five who didn't practice and six who were limited.
Not on the field were receiver Julian Edelman (hand), tight end Aaron Hernandez (ankle), Pro Bowl left guard Logan Mankins (hip), defensive end Brandon Deaderick (ankle) and defensive tackle Justin Francis (ankle).
Limited were quarterback Tom Brady (right shoulder), running back Shane Vereen (foot), center Nick McDonald (shoulder), tackle Sebastian Vollmer (back) and cornerbacks Alfonzo Dennard (hamstring) and Sterling Moore (knee).
