Bills deactivate Chris Kelsay; Hernandez, Chung out for Pats

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- The Buffalo Bills have scratched veteran defensive end Chris Kelsay from this afternoon's game against the New England Patriots because of the neck injury he suffered Thursday in practice.
