Shredd and Ragan hurried to have me on 103.3 The Edge this morning to discuss Buffalo Bills head coach Doug Marrone's first hires: offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett and defensive coordinator Mike Pettine.

We analyzed why Marrone went this direction with each assistant, why Pettine would leave Rex Ryan's side with the Jets and what they bring to the table.
