New Buffalo Bills quarterback EJ Manuel went through the ESPN Sport Science labs and came away with some impressive scores.
In more than 20 Sports Science measurements of various quarterback traits, Manuel scored in the 89 percentile.
That's third in the history of the drills behind Colin Kaepernick (94.7 percent) and Ben Roethlisberger (92.3 percent) and ahead of Andy Dalton (88.1 percent) and Christian Ponder (84.2 percent).
In a video produced for Sport Science, analyst John Brenkus noted Manuel has the quickest release of this year's draft class at .333 seconds and compared his deep-ball accuracy to Andrew Luck's.
