Da'Rick Rogers among five Bills cuts this morning

By Tim Graham

The Buffalo Bills have released five players, two of whom scored touchdowns in the preseason opener against the Indianapolis Colts.

  • Wide receiver Da'Rick Rogers
  • Wide receiver DeMarco Sampson
  • Center Ryan Turnley
  • Cornerback Jumal Rolle
  • Defensive back Dominique Ellis

Most notable is Rogers, the undrafted rookie who arrived amid much anticipation. Some draft analysts viewed Rogers as a second- or third-round pick, but he had problems with marijuana in college.
