13 Bills QB careers that weren't better than Peyton Manning's night

By Tim Graham

Denver Broncos wizard Peyton Manning threw seven touchdown passes Thursday night, tying an NFL record.

Out of curiosity, I looked up how many starting quarterbacks threw seven or fewer touchdowns during their Buffalo Bills careers.

  • Tommy O'Connell seven TDs, 15 games
  • James Harris five TDs, 18 games
  • Vince Ferragamo five TDs, 10 games
  • Bruce Mathison four TDs, 10 games
  • Kay Stephenson four TDs, 10 games
  • Joe Dufek four TDs, 10 games
  • Richie Lucas four TDs, 22 games
  • Dan Darragh four TDs, 17 games
  • M.C. Reynolds two TDs, 12 games
  • Al Dorow two TDs, four games
  • Willie Totten two TDs, two games
  • Dan Manucci zero TDs, 19 games
  • Brian Brohm, zero TDs, three games
