We're unsure precisely how long EJ Manuel will be sidelined with his right knee injury.
And we don't know who the Buffalo Bills will use at quarterback until Manuel recovers.
What we do know is that coach Doug Marrone announced the rookie quarterback will miss a few weeks, the team wants to add quarterback who could start the next game and the Bills' upcoming opponents are pretty darn good.
The Bills are fortunate enough to have good timing with their bye week. Theirs isn't until Thanksgiving.
The Bills' next four opponents are the Cincinnati Bengals (2-2) at home, at the Miami Dolphins (3-1), at the New Orleans Saints (4-0) and the Kansas City Chiefs (4-0).
All of these teams are within a half game of first place in their respective divisions.
Cincinnati's and Kansas City's defenses are ranked in the top eight heading into this weekend. The idea of Jeff Tuel starting in the Superdome should send shivers down a Bills fan's spine.
