Fred Jackson injured, but returns to score TD

Bills running back Fred Jackson left the game twice in the first half with an apparent knee injury.

He was injured at the end of a reception on the first possession by Buffalo but returned on a subsequent series and scored on a 3-yard run.

The injury occured when he took a screen pass on third-and-15 and coverted the first down up the left sideline. He was pushed out of bounds and rolled over holding his knee.

However, he limped off again late in the second quarter after a short gain on a reception. With the Bills' running offense struggling, he came back in the third quarter.
