I thought last nights game was one of the best games the Sabres have played so far this year ... they stood up to a big tough team loaded with talent and came out on top.
Tenacious forechecking and stellar goaltending along with not backing down to anybody on the other team.
They have an even bigger challenge tonight on the road after playing the night before and playing another very good team.
They'll have to dig deep to win this one.

Last night, Pominville's role on the team was to win the game by hitting the net in the shootout. That's why.

Why would people pick pominville as a star, how many opportunities did he have without finding the back of the net. Oh i forgot he's not a goal scorer, his role on the team is................
