Sabres center Derek Roy suffered an upper-body injury during the third period of Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to Ottawa and will miss at least one game. Roy didn't join the Sabres on their flight to St. Louis for Sunday's game in Scottrade Center.
Coach Lindy Ruff said Roy will be evaluated by doctors Sunday morning in Buffalo.
