Looks like Chris Butler is, in fact, a healthy scratch for tonight's game against the Flyers for the first time this season as we figured he might be this morning. He did not take the ice for warmups and Steve Montador did, meaning he'll be back on defense.
Butler was minus-2 Wednesday against Washington and is a team-worst minus-12. He played just 17:21 in that game, his lowest total of the season in a game not impacted by his 12-game absence with a high ankle sprain.
