Another European vacation for NHL

Six NHL teams will start next season far away from home, as the league announced today its continuation of the Premiere Series for the fourth straight season.

Carolina and Minnesota will begin Oct. 7-8 in Helsinki, Finland. Columbus and San Jose will play Oct. 8-9 in Stockholm, Sweden. Boston and Phoenix will meet Oct. 9-10 in Prague, Czech Republic.

I'd like to make this a request to the NHL to send the Sabres to Venice, Italy, for the start of 2011-12. A fine pub in Ireland would be OK, too.
