Bad news on the Zack Kassian front: The Sabres' No. 1 pick from last season and a key member of Windsor's Memorial Cup winning team was arrested early Sunday morning in the wake of an altercation in a downtown Windsor nightclub. Details in this Windsor Star story remain sketchy.
Seems like Kassian, who served a 20-game suspension this year after a brutal hit during an Ontario Hockey League game, has quite the mean streak in him. And while that can be a good thing, of course, he better learn to harness it if he wants to have a solid NHL career.
