Your Puck Drop lineups

We're live on the scene in HSBC Arena and here's how things shake out for today's Puck Drop open practice/scrimmage in the arena.

9:45 a.m. practice group: Vanek, Roy, Grier, Gerbe, Niedermayer, Tropp, Henley, Byron, Conboy, Schutz, Sutch, Morrisonn, Montador, McNabb, Pysyk, Persson, MacKenzie, Enroth, Kalemba.

11:30 a.m: New jersey unveiling. The new alternate jersey "Buffalo" logo taken from the old Bisons is already up on the HD board in some ads that are rolling.

11:45 a.m. First scrimmage of camp

White team: Goal: Miller, Leggio. Defense: Leopold-Biega, Butler-Brennan, Weber-Fienhage. Forwards: Stafford-Connolly-McCormick, Stuart-Gaustad-Kassian, Whitmore-Sundher-Mancari, Boychuk-Shipley-Parrish.

Navy team: Goal: Lalime. Defense: Sekera-Myers, Crawford-Gauthier-Leduc, McNabb-Schiestel. Forwards: Ellis-Hecht-Pominville; Ennis-Adam-Kaleta, Foligno-Turnbull-Lagace, McCauley-Roloff-Legault.

Marc-Andre Gragnani is not listed for practice or scrimmage and we'll have to get an update later on his status after he suffered a knee injury in yesterday's scrimmage. That's one way to cut down the logjam on defense.

And John Vogl just noted Stafford is listed on both teams. We're checking into that and we'll provide the correction. UPDATE: Matt Ellis will skate for the Navy team. Stafford will be on White.

There are already a few hundred folks in the house and there will certainly be a few thousand by 11:30. If you're coming down, remember that parking is free in the arena ramp and adjacent lots on Perry Street but that Washington and Perry are closed by the arena due to the Sabres' streethockeyfest. So your best bet to get to parking is via Michigan and South Park.
