More on Vanek in Austria

As part of Thursday's NHL preview section, I did an unusual story about Thomas Vanek's impact on his homeland of Austria and the thought process that went into his biography that was published last year in Europe (in German only).

Vanek's co-author, Austrian journalist Christian Schleifer,  points out that an Austrian band made a song  ("Euphoria" by Delicious Red) that works as a soundtrack for the book. Here's a look at that song and below that (in German only) is a video that recaps Vanek's summer trip to his original home of Zell am See, Austria.
