Injury update: Gaustad, Stafford, Butler all out

TORONTO -- We just had our pregame meeting with Lindy Ruff and here's the injury rundown:

---Paul Gaustad and Drew Stafford are out tonight but Jochen Hecht will return to the lineup. Mark Parrish is up from Portland and will play and Mark Mancari remains. So there's you group of 12 forwards. "We got enough," Ruff said.

---Chris Butler is out tonight and Mike Weber will take his place.

---Ruff acknowledged Gaustad was injured during his fight Thursday in Boston against Adam McQuaid. Wonder if it's some soreness in the shoulder that has bothered him in the past. Ruff did say, however, that there's a good chance Gaustad could play tomorrow night against Ottawa. Here's the replay of that one:

---Stafford (groin strain) is feeling better and could skate tomorrow morning, Ruff said. He won't play against the Senators but is aiming to be back for Tuesday night's showdown against Carolina.
