PHILADELPHIA -- Danny Briere has seen Lindy Ruff at work during the playoffs, so he figured the Buffalo coach would strongly insert his opinion at some point.
"It doesn't surprise me at all," Briere said today after practicing for Game Five. "There probably are things that are going to motivate us, but not that fun banter that's going on."
And what will motivate the Flyers, as both teams attempt to take a 3-2 series lead tonight?
"I'd rather not get into it right now," Briere said. "I'll save a better time for it."
The Flyers' main motivation is to beat Ryan Miller. The Buffalo goaltender has two 1-0 shutout victories. Flyers forward Scott Hartnell is content with the number of chances his team generated in Game Four, but now he wants them to finish the opportunities.
