The Sabres have started taking the ice for their morning practice in HSBC Arena, and injured forwards Derek Roy and Mike Grier are working with assistant coach James Patrick and defensemen Steve Montador and Shaone Morrisonn at one end. Injured forward Patrick Kaleta is on the ice at the other end helping shoot on goalies Jhonas Enroth and Patrick Lalime.
Ryan Miller is not on the ice yet, but practice isn't set to officially start until 11:30 p.m. More details to come.
