Lokomotiv to be rebuilt

The president of the KHL has said that Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, which was decimated by a plane crash Wednesday, will be rebuilt and begin play next week.

Alexander Medvedev said the other teams in the KHL should offer up to three players from their roster for Lokomotiv, and the league president said teams have been receptive to the plan.

Also, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev today called for immediate changes in the country's troubled aviation industry - including sharply reducing the number of airlines - as Russia mourned a crash that killed 43 people.
