Ryan Miller hasn't been shy with opinions about the lockout. That continued today as the Sabres goaltender returned to Buffalo for his first practice with teammates.
Calling the lockout "stupid" and a "waste of time," Miller hopes the NHL and its players' association can build a good relationship off the ice so it doesn't have to go through another extended labor fight.
He also has begun looking forward to action on the ice. He's prepared to resume his role as the Sabres' No. 1 netminder.
