Agent: Regehr waives no trade

By Miguel Rodriguez

While the Buffalo Sabres have not confirmed the deal amid reports veteran blue-liner Robyn Regehr has been dealt to the L.A. Kings, Regehr's agent J.P. Barry in an email to The News confirmed his client did waive his no movement in order to play with the defending Stanley Cup champions.

The email read: "Robyn provided his consent to a move to LA – not sure if it happened yet though waiting on Darcy to confirm that part."

Kings GM Dean Lombardi on Regehr deal to the Toronto Globe and Mail: “We will withhold comment on the trade until after the medical exam is completed.”
