Sabres' Rolston glad to have Hodgson long term, says Myers is in great shape

Ron Rolston's first day of training camp featured three practice sessions, one scrimmage and a full roster. The Sabres' coach liked what he saw.

Rolston is happy to have newly signed Cody Hodgson in the fold and is confident the center will improve. The coach says Tyler Myers is in great shape, much better than last year when the defenseman's conditioning was an issue. Rolston also is eager to watch Ville Leino and all the position battles during camp.
