With Sabres overhaul coming, who should return to Buffalo next season?

By John Vogl

BOSTON -- One oft-asked question during our pregame Sabres chats (of which only two remain) is who should be on the roster next season. Obviously, there will be a lot of turnover for the last-place team, and everyone has an opinion on who'll still be around when the puck drops for 2014-15.

Based on contract status, play and tradeability from Thursday night's roster, I'm guessing on the following opening-night returnees, in numerical order: Jhonas Enroth, Mark Pysyk, Chad Ruhwedel, Mike Weber, Cody Hodgson, Drew Stafford, Zemgus Girgensons, Michal Neuvirth, Rasmus Ristolainen, Tyler Myers, Tyler Ennis and Brian Flynn.

The biggest omission is Christian Ehrhoff, whom I can see getting traded.

Take your pick on who will be back next year.
