Scoreboard watching: Montreal sells out arena for Game Seven against Boston

By John Vogl

Bell Centre is a joyous assault on the senses every game. Tonight will be no different -- even though the Canadiens are playing in Boston.

Montreal announced it has sold out its 21,273-seat arena to watch Game Seven on the scoreboard. Fans paid $10 per seat, with some of the proceeds going to charity, and the tickets were snapped up in two hours.

The Canadiens hope the Boston fans in TD Garden don't have any fun.

"If at the end of the night we win, they're probably going to be very quiet and walking home," Canadiens forward Daniel Briere said. "That would be the ultimate reward for us, but we have to make that happen. We can't just say it, we have to go out there and make it happen."

NHL.com has seven questions heading into the deciding game. The winner will play against the New York Rangers in the Eastern Conference final, with Game One set for 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
