Nov. 20, 1897 -- It's not as if the current University at Buffalo football team is the only one in school history to enjoy a great season.
It's just that sometimes the best seasons go a little ways back.
On this date, UB completed a perfect 7-0 season with a 28-0 win over Hobart. OK, the scheduling was a little different back then too.
