Tod Martin Group moving to Main Street

Tod Martin said an interesting thing about his decision to convert the long-abandoned Wendy's on Main Street in the heart of downtown Buffalo into an office for his small ad firm.

"It's the kind of creative environment that we flourish in."

Condominium and apartment projects throughout the downtown area indicate other people have the same feeling. Being downtown has a certain creative appeal to some.

A downtown location is important for creative-type firms and its employees, and other firms are discovering it as well. Most employees want to be in a walkable, urban environment, not in a suburban office park where they have to drive for coffee and a bite to eat. Want to recruit the best employees- offer them what they are seeking in a work environment.
