Greetings from Ralph Wilson Stadium, where the Bills will host the Bengals in their third preseason game on Kids Day. This is the 10th annual Kids Day event, which means that no child who attended the event has yet to witness a team on its way to the playoffs.

Rookie running back Joique Bell is tied for second in the NFL in preseason rushing with 132 yards on 16 carries. Bell is one of three rookie tailbacks with 100 or more yards. The Bills are the only NFL team with three running backs averaging 5.0 or more per carry in preseason. Rookie C.J. Spiller has 14 rushes for 70 yards, and Chad Simpson has 75 yards on 15 carries.

Spiller will be starting again at running back for the Bills. Torell Troup is the starter at nose tackle. Kyle Williams is nursing some minor injuries. Chris Ellis starts at linebacker. Terrell Owens is starting at wideout for the  Bengals.
