Hotel project for downtown Niagara Falls to be vetted

A proposal to build a 110-room downtown hotel will come before the Niagara Falls Planning Board tonight.

Plati Niagara has put forth plans for a Wingate by Wyndham Hotel at Rainbow Boulevard and Fourth Street.

The project received a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals last month.
