Niagara Falls lawmakers to consider $200k change order for Lewiston Road project

The Niagara Falls City Council is being asked to consider approving $204,340 in additional payments to Accadia Site Contracting when it meets tonight.

According to paperwork filed with the Council, the total contract for Accadia, with these changes, would equal roughly $4.4 million.

Last month, city officials were deciding how much of the work by a previous contractor must be redone. Here's tonight's agenda and the backup documentation:
