City historian to speak Wednesday

Chris Stoianoff, city historian and co-author of "Niagara Falls 1850-2000," will present a free lecture and book signing at the Old Falls Street's WiFi Cafe at 2 p.m. Wednesday.

The cafe is located outdoors near the entrance to Niagara Falls State Park.

If it rains, the lecture will be held in the Barnes & Noble inside the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, 28 Old Falls St.
