Join us at 1 p.m. for a debate among the candidates in the Democratic primary for Niagara Falls City Council.

All four candidates had originally accepted our invitation, but incumbent Kristen M. Grandinetti informed the Buffalo News on Thursday that she won't be able to participate due to an illness.
