Video: Hamister optimistic on Niagara Falls

Mark Hamister says he believes after years of plans to turn around Niagara Falls, today it is more than just talk.

Hamister, whose Hamister Group is building a $25 million mixed-use project on Rainbow Boulevard, spoke about development in the Falls and Buffalo with The Buffalo News' Brian Meyer for his In Focus video series.

The developer also had some kind words about Falls Mayor Paul A. Dyster and Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo.

Hamister is getting $2.75 million in state funding for the project.
